Nothing is sprayed that does not need to be, and everything that is used is recorded and published. Our energy comes from the sun and the wind, and any surplus goes back to the grid. We plant for pollinators along every margin, because a working farm and a living one are the same thing. Every batch can be traced back to the field it grew in and the week it was harvested.
