Refund Policy

Merdot Sites includes a free tier so you can build and preview your site fully before you ever pay. Because you can evaluate the product for free, subscription fees are non-refundable once a plan is active · changing your mind, or simply deciding you no longer want the plan, is not grounds for a refund, and neither the current nor past billing periods are refunded.

You can cancel anytime to stop all future billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We only issue refunds where the law requires it · for example if a paid service was never delivered, in the case of a duplicate or erroneous charge, or where mandatory Indian consumer law provides otherwise.

Domain registrations and business email mailboxes are provided by third-party partners and are generally non-refundable once purchased, as they are activated immediately.

We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer law.
