You are responsible for your account, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract.

You may not use Merdot Sites to publish unlawful, infringing, harmful or deceptive content, to spam, or to abuse the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You own the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display and publish your websites. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Prices are shown in rupees and may be inclusive of applicable taxes. Domains and business email may be billed by our partners under their own terms.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be notified.

To the extent permitted by law, Merdot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior twelve months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
